There are two ways to
add items to your shopping cart. The first way is direct
from the category page. Simply click on the shopping cart button
under the item to add the item to your shopping cart. If you

Pay

All orders above € 49.95 are free within the Netherlands
sent. If you order products below this amount, we ask for a small amount
contribution to the shipping costs of only € 3.95. The order is delivered
by our shipping partner PostNL. In the table below you will find our complete
overview with the shipping costs to all available countries.

Your invoice
order will be sent to you by email. In the confirmation email you
receive after placing your order, you will find the invoice as an attachment.

Once your return is
received, it will be checked. This process takes up to 10 business days. After
check, the purchase amount will be refunded. How fast the money in your account
depends on your bank and the payment method you used.

Yes, you can pay afterwards via the payment method 'Klarna pay later'. Your
order is processed immediately and you submit the payment within 2 weeks
Klarna to comply. Klarna will notify you about this. Note: when you make sure
chooses to pay afterwards, you must pay the invoice via Klarna and not via
a bank transfer. If you pay the invoice by bank transfer,
your payment will not be registered and you will receive payment reminders
Continue to receive Klarna. So always make sure you send the invoice via the Klarna emails
pays.

Dispatch

If you order an item on working days before 4:00 PM and the item is on
stock, it will be shipped the same day. Orders after 4:00 PM
will be processed and shipped the next business day. Below you will find a
overview of expected delivery times:



Ordered before 4:00 PM on Monday = delivered on Tuesday

Ordered before 4pm on Tuesday = delivered on Wednesday

Ordered before 4pm on Wednesday = delivered on Thursday

Ordered before 4pm on Thursday = delivered on Friday

Ordered before 4pm on Friday = delivered on Saturday

Ordered on Saturday = delivered on Tuesday

Ordered on Sunday = delivered on Tuesday

If you place your order on working days before 220:00, we will take care of it
ensure that your order is processed and shipped the same day. In the
In most cases you will receive your order the next day. Hold on

We ship your order
reliable with the help of PostNL. If you are not present at the first
delivery attempt, you will receive a note from PostNL with information about the next

near. If your order is small enough to fit in an envelope or letterbox
it will be delivered this way.

Return

Returns are easy. You can find the return instructions here.

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to make your return
to sign up. After registration you have 7 days to actually order the product
to return. Once we have received your return, it will be
checked and processed. The purchase amount will be paid within 10 working days
refunded.
